RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
 

We are not able to take returns at this time. We might be able to offer an exchange on a case by case basis. Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances. Please choose carefully and contact us with any doubts and questions before placing your order. If an exchange is approved, this will only be for items which are unworn and with their original tags and packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the order. We are not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement and tax in the case of international purchases. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you ship your returns using a registered, trackable and fully insured service. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, we cannot be held responsible.

Refunds may be issued if an item arrives damaged. We will review refunds on a case by case basis. If you feel you qualify for an exchange / refund under exceptional circumstances, please email info@camilleauclair.com with all the necessary info. We hold the right to deny exchanges or returns if the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.

In the unlikely event that an item you’ve bought is unavailable we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

Custom orders

Please note that deposits for custom orders are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE and custom pieces are NON-EXCHANGABLE. In the very unlikely event that you receive the incorrect piece or your piece arrives damaged, please email info@camilleauclair.com to raise your concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you.
