Shipping:

All international orders are shipped using the national Mexican postal service (unless specified otherwise) with an international tracking number. Parcels are to be shipped within 7 business days. If for some reason there will be a delay in dispatch, we will try our best to let you know ASAP. All orders are packed securely for delivery with care. To have as little impact on the planet as possible, we do use recycled boxes when packing larger pieces. Once your item has been sent out to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it at.

 

Once your parcel arrives in the country of its final destination, the tracking number should be transferred to the destination country’s national postal service (eg. Royal Mail in the UK). International parcels usually take around 12 working days to arrive, but can take up to 21 or more depending on the time of year, strikes, global pandemics etc. Be sure to track your parcel regularly in case you need to go and pick it up. 

 

There are some countries that the Mexican service cannot ship to (eg. Saudi Arabia), in which case it will be necessary to organise shipping through a private company such as FEDEX. We are working on a list of countries that will require a private shipping option.

 

We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages or for custom fees and handling costs once the package arrives in the destination country.

 

 

Payment:

All prices of our pieces are shown in USD inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.

 

You can pay using Paypal by selecting the ‘PAYPAL’ payment method when checking out. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our commerce site is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using Paypal or Stripe. Order cancellation Policy:

We cannot accept order cancellations at this time.

 

 

Refusal of Transaction 


We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
